Patricia Duchaussoy is the Founder & Director of Education of Swiss Pilates Institute, which she started in Bangkok in 2001.
Her approach combines classical precision with contemporary understanding — always grounded in the belief that Pilates is a complete system, not a collection of exercises.
Every Swiss Pilates training is led personally by Patricia. Small groups ensure individual attention and direct mentorship throughout your journey.
