Patricia is a second-generation Pilates master, trained directly by students of Joseph Pilates himself. With over 30 years of teaching experience across three continents, she has developed one of the most comprehensive teacher training programmes in Europe.
Her approach combines classical precision with contemporary understanding — always grounded in the belief that Pilates is a complete system, not a collection of exercises.
Every Swiss Pilates training is led personally by Patricia. Small groups ensure individual attention and direct mentorship throughout your journey.
